Model Funfair

Gicquel’s travelling funfair has arrived at the Devon Railway Centre. Experience life in the Edwardian era and push the buttons to make the rides move.

All rides are made from scratch using a range of materials, mostly foamex and wood and then require many coats of paint to protect from them from whatever the weather brings! The rides are mechanised by Matt who is responsible for the many interactive features around the Railway Centre. We aim to add further rides and details in the future.
